You may choose the shipping method you prefer between Standard and Express. Check Shipping Times and Costs here.

Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.

Countries to which we deliver

The website should automatically recognise the Country from which you are connecting.

It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link to the country change that you can find in the corner of every page, with the exception of the Shopping Bag.

Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which our courier cannot ship (P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses), will be automatically cancelled.
Please also note that we are unable to ship to the following locations: the Azores, Madeira, the Faeroer Islands, Greenland, Holland Antilles, Aland Island.

Tracking the delivery

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation email.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. Should this not be possible the parcel will be delivered to the nearest UPS Access Point.

Please note that this delivery option is available for Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden only.

Delivery at a UPS Access Point

Deliveries are made by UPS during working hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. After the first failed delivery attempt, the courier will take your parcel to the nearest UPS Access Point, if there is one in your area. You will receive a UPS InfoNotice and an email with all the instructions and information required for collection. If, however, there is no collection point in your area, the courier will attempt to deliver a further two times, after which the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

To collect your order from the UPS Access Point, you must produce valid proof of identity.
If you are unable to collect the parcel in person, you may delegate another person, who must have with them:
  • a letter of delegation
  • his/her own valid proof of identity
  • a copy of your valid proof of identity. 
If the parcel is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.

Alternatively, you may contact the courier directly to agree a second delivery, at no additional cost.
